01 PERSONALS. Personals are not allowed to interact with my IC posts such as threads, headcanons, starter calls etc. It messes up with my activity feed, especially if you spam. I appreciate you liking the content I see in my blog, but I would prefer if the liking is from a distance. If I see a person that I do not recognize or get along with interacting with these posts, you will be blocked. I soft blocked a few who have due to my mistake of not adding this rule to the blog. 02 NO DRAMA. I do not tolerate drama AND callout posts on this blog nor will I participate in any drama publicly. 03 HATE POLICY. If anon hate is seen in my inbox, they will simply be deleted. If they persist, I will turn off anon for an undefined amount of time. 04 18+ CONTENT. At the moment I do not feel comfortable with excessive/sexual 18+ content with this OC. ( Feel free to ask in the DMs what I mean of this content ). If the time for that comes in the future, I will construct a sideblog in order to place those said interactions. However, do not expect them for now. 05 MUN =/= MUSE. Resse is a detective, a rather quaint one.. Depending on the situation she may say some psychological, philosophical or even preposterous things that I personally would not agree with. However, this happens only for the sake of moving a plot or thread(s). They WILL be TW tagged accordingly. 06 WRITING STYLE. I do not expect all mutuals to match my writing length and style. However I would appreciate some sort of writing that I will be able to pick off with when replying to you. With that in mind, no one-liners ( unless they are lyrics or general starters ) and no script texts ( character: action ). 07 WRITING SPEED. I tend to have a goal of replying to threads, answering questions, and/or making starters as quick but precise as possible. However, since I have started back into school, my activity may reduce. If I have failed to reply to your thread or ask in TWO DAYS, feel free to IM me a soft reminder and I will put the ask/reply into consideration during free time. 08 SHIPPING. Resse IS of age for romantic shipping, however knowing her nature of romance, it may be difficult to get to her. Despite that, I support all types of ships except for the obviously uncomfortable ones (pedophilia for example). FORCED shipping is not allowed, there must be chemistry between my muse or yours before there is a possibility of a ship happening. I currently support the following TYPES of ships: Platonic, Romantic ( once again, difficult to get in to ), Toxic/Enemy, Stockholm Syndrome ( will be TW tagged accordingly ). 09 TRIGGERS. This blog may sometimes contain slight heavy topics that will be tagged accordingly such as death, murder, psychological triggiers and sometimes gore, If more topics come up, they will be tagged as well. 10 GOD MODDING. As I restrict Resse’s soul searching innate ability to avoid god modding ( unless requested by plot ), I would appreciate it if you do not god mod as well. There will be no randomness of killing, hurting, kidnapping, or harming my muse in any way. It must be plotted beforehand. 11 FRIENDLY DIVERSITY. Even though I am selective in whom I’m writing with, I am Multimuse / Fandom / OC and Fandomless friendly. For OCs, please be sure to have at least an about page for your OC so I can understand them better before interaction. 12 HAVE FUN. Ms. Resse Harris is a sparkling individual who chose the path of criminal justice as a way to spend the rest of her new life. Whether the old life was taken for the benefit of Resse or not is up to the interpretation of every individual. This merely depends on how you approach her. As a Detetive of “A Strange Look” Agency within Odd Life City, New York, there was bound to be a situation where you’ll meet her in “odd” circumstances. Are you a client? Looking for answers on who took the life of another, or stole something precious from you? You will meet her in the odd circumstance where a promise negotiated between two individuals could be the death of either individual. Are you a blackened, who destined yourself for greatness only to get caught for sending injustice towards the innocent? Your body will be held by puppet strings by the individual herself. Resse’s focus within her occupation is a detective and interrogator. Whenever she is put on a case, she goes out to investigate individuals who are put on the suspect list in accordance with the location, time, and situation reported to the agency. If the person she investigates ends up becoming a suspect, she will bring them in for an interrogation to obtain any sort of truth out of them. Whether it would be a lead, or their confession, she will obtain the information that would assist them in the case. Depending on the answer she desires, she treats every goal of interpretation differently. Any individual in the low levels will be treated with full respect. Anyone in the high levels will see a change in their psychological representation of themselves. Depends, depends. A word used a lot, but that is how decisions are made under the fallacies, or practicalities, of law.Ms. Harris’ personality when one meets her for the first time can be cool, calmly collected, and sometimes even curiousity. It merely depends on the circumstances. Once you get to know her, well, that also depends. Being an innocent bystander who becomes close to Resse in terms of friendship and companionship, you would notice that Resse would care about you, protect you, even at the cost of the ones who despise you. I would recommend that you neglect to get on her bad side, because if one were to seek out the bad side of Ms. Harris, some may see a side that would be their last. Or some may see a side they wished they never triggered. However, the worst of her intentions come when she is angry, which is a rare side of her. Know that her personality does not revolve around invoking a totalitarian fear amongst everyone she meets. Those are saved for who she deems necessary. A meticulous usage of fear, if you will.

Knowing the implications of Odd Life City, being whisked into another world should be less nerve inducing. However, not only was Ms. Harris whisked into a whole nother world, but she seems to have been whisked into another decade. The World of Teyvat in the year 2021 not only seemed new to her, but the world does not seem to be new to her. Her age has not changed, but her intellect in the world is something she needs. So she travels amongst Teyvat, aiming to learn more about the gods who rule over this world. Or, at least, the regions of this world.

A case series of a distant land, codenamed "Distortion" for lack of suspicion, is what Ms. Harris suspected when she takes the next flight to the long abandoned island who's world revolves around a singular, distorted city with no name. The whole city itself is an unstable oddity, one that makes Ms. Harris both anxious and excited at once, and that on itself, to the local people of the City is a distortion.Her journey to the Moses' office leads to the epiphany of a the City's suffering, where Moses herself sought Ms. Harris both suspiciously and tentatively to help her with this case, treating her ability as a "cheat code" to the cases of Distortions around the City. To hide Ms. Harris' identity as an outsider, she is blended in as a recently hired addition to the Distortion Detective team of Moses' office.
